El Gringo Tacos blends casual American food with authentic Latin ingredients and techniques, resulting in dishes that are approachable yet full of flavor. With 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Kevin Watson leads the way with his expertise in smoking, butchery, and slow cooking techniques, bringing you quality and fresh ingredients in a fun, casual way.
Our menu features classics like Cheese Quesadillas and Crispy Corn Tostadas and less traditional items like the Bacon Cheeseburger Empanadas and the El Gringo Corn Dog. Chef Kevin is always playing with flavors and plans to continue experimenting with BBQ and southern cuisine fusion as the menu evolves.
Over the years, many of Chef Kevin’s friends and family couldn’t believe the Mexican and Central American cuisine he was serving. They would say, “Not bad for a gringo.” From that feedback, El Gringo Tacos was born.
Our food truck offers a fun vibe, perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a festival, birthday party, or corporate event. Though we will be stationed primarily at the Shining Rock Golf Club in Northbridge, MA, to start, we are excited to expand our reach and bring our menu to a wider audience as we grow.
